Terms of Use for smoothstructures.garden

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use smoothstructures.garden and the services Smoothstructures Heating & Air offers through it. When you browse the site, call the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Do

Smoothstructures Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a side in any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also do not guarantee when they are available, how fast they respond, or what their work achieves.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are broad and do not promise any amount of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.
