What Smoothstructures Heating & Air Is
Smoothstructures Heating & Air is a referral service for homeowners. We connect you with independent HVAC providers in Fall River and the Fall River area. That is the whole job. We do not repair, install or replace anything ourselves.
Why This Service Exists
Most people shop for HVAC help when they are hot, cold or worried about a bill. That is a hard time to compare options. Smoothstructures Heating & Air was built for the homeowner who wants to think about cost first. Know the price drivers. Compare written quotes. Then decide.
How Matching Works
You tell us what is going on. It might be a warm AC, a furnace that will not light or an old system you are thinking about replacing. We point you to a provider in our network who handles that kind of work. You then talk with the provider directly.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the problem in plain words.
- Give quotes in writing.
- Show the parts of the price, such as labor, parts and equipment.
- Respect your home and your decision.
Providers carry their own licenses and insurance where local rules require them. Ask to see proof before work starts.
Where You Can Help, and Where You Should Not
Some checks are safe for a homeowner. Look at the thermostat settings and batteries. Check the breaker. Replace a dirty filter. Make sure vents are open. Then stop. Refrigerant, gas lines, burners, electrical parts and sealed systems need trained hands and the right tools. Doing the job right also protects your home and its resale value.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not do the repair or installation work.
- We do not set provider prices.
- We do not promise a result, a price or an arrival time.
- We do not decide what your insurance covers. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.
How Smoothstructures Heating & Air Is Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a match turns into a job. You are not asked to pay Smoothstructures Heating & Air to be connected, and there is no obligation to hire anyone.
